This service includes the full technical calculation followed by formal communication and negotiation with your landlord to secure your reduction. We align our interests with yours: beyond the initial fee, we only earn a success fee if we successfully lower your structural monthly expenses.

Upload & Authorize: After payment, you will receive an email with two critical links:

Power of Attorney (Volmacht): You will receive a formal authorization form. You must sign this and return it via email so we are legally permitted to act and speak on your behalf.
- Intakeform: To ensure we can start your case without delay, it is essential that you complete the intake form in full and provide all requested details. You must also provide all necessary documents via our intake form.

- We Take Charge: As soon as we receive your documents and the signed authorization, we take over the whole process and start the intervention immediately.
Once your submission is received, our team will carefully review your information to build your legal strategy. Should we have any follow-up questions, we will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp to ensure the fastest possible service and keep your case moving forward.
Important: The total cost for this service consists of an initial fee of €89,00 plus a 30% success fee calculated over the structural savings achieved in the first twelve months. Or in the fase of a previous period, the total duration of the period being recovered.
To begin the process immediately, check your inbox right after payment for a link to your service agreement. Once you have returned the signed document and completed the intake form with your contract details via the portal, our team will launch your technical assessment.
